911inform Safe Entry is a browser-based visitor management system that verifies, tracks, and documents everyone entering a facility, from pre-registration through on-site check-in. Because Safe Entry runs natively inside the 911inform emergency platform rather than as a separate system, visitor and access data is immediately available to the same interface used to manage an incident.

What does Safe Entry screen visitors against?

Safe Entry verifies visitors in real time against federal, state, and internal databases, including an organization's own restricted-party lists. If a visitor is flagged, building personnel and first responders are notified immediately so the individual can be denied entry or removed from the premises

Does Safe Entry require special kiosks or hardware?

No. Safe Entry is browser-based and runs on hardware you already own, including existing tablets, front-desk computers, and badge printers. Deployment is hardware-agnostic, which lets a district or campus roll it out across many buildings without a per-site hardware purchase.

How does Safe Entry help during an actual emergency?

Because visitor check-ins and access events flow into the same platform that manages emergency response, staff and responders can see who is currently inside the building during an incident. 911inform is the only all-encompassing platform to help emergency response teams better manage communication and connected-building controls directly related to an emergency. Our solution provides emergency notifications to dispatch, first responders and key building personnel seconds after a 911 emergency phone call is placed within a 911inform geofenced building location. Our software is activated, through PBX phone or smartphone, and provides an emergency notification to all required parties, as well as the exact location (within 3 meters of accuracy) of the emergency event location. We then hand the connected-building controls to dispatch and emergency response teams, allowing them to use the video surveillance feeds, voice control systems and door access capabilities directly related to the emergency, ensuring that they can arrive on scene as quickly as possible and be better prepared when they do.
